Weight Pricing: The price for the first kilogram differs from the price for additional kilograms. For example, with a “3+2” pricing structure, the first kg costs $3, and each additional kg costs $2. For a shipment weighing 2.3 kg, the total cost would be $3 (for the first kg) + $2 × 1.3 kg = $7.

Billing Weight: We calculate billing weight based on both actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated as (length × width × height) / 6000. For example, if your package weighs 5 kg and measures 45 x 45 x 45 cm, the volumetric weight would be 45 x 45 x 45 / 6000. We use the greater value for billing.

Sensitive vs. Regular Goods: Prices vary for sensitive and regular goods.

Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is for 1 kg.

Shipping Schedule: Sea shipments sail once a week and take 45 days to arrive. After arrival, you must pick up your goods from our warehouse.

Storage: Our warehouse provides 30 days of free storage.
