If you use our China repacking service for items you purchased yourself, and the products are still in our warehouse:
You must initiate the return/exchange request with the seller. We will assist with the physical handling. A minimum fee of $2 per parcel applies for this processing.
Full-Service Sourcing Projects
If you outsource your project via our China assistant Sourcing Service:
During our China assistant QC service phase, if we detect any quality issues, we handle the entire return or exchange process. You will NOT bear any costs for these corrections.
Post-International Delivery
Once goods reach the destination country, returns/exchanges are not practical as shipping costs usually exceed the product value.
